What is the duration of a support contract?
Prices are per server per year.
Do I have to pay an additional support fee for my slave(s)?
Support for one server includes support for one replica. Replica pairs are also covered under a single-server subscription. You need to purchase subscriptions for any additional replicas.
Will 10gen fix my problem within the specified response time?
10gen guarantees that we will respond to your issue and begin work on a resolution within the response time specified. Resolution depends on the severity of the issue.
How is the web based support system for commercial support clients different from the community version?
Commercial support tickets take priority. Depending on the package purchased, commercial support also guarantees response time and coverage outside of normal business hours. Feature requests from clients purchasing commercial support are also often accelerated.
